Can I use the weather thingy if I live outside of USA?

Hi... can I use this Weather thigy if I live in Sweden... Please help me.

I didn't look, but are you telling me it doesn't list any cities in Sweden?

I just downloaded and installed it and typed in Stockholm,Sweden....worked fine
